Yoga at the Castle

When?  Thursday April 14th at 6.00pm 
Where?  Castle of Brescia
Feel like disconnecting from everything and finding serenity again? 
ESN Brescia organizes a yoga class at the castle - surrounded by nature. Don't worry if you've never practiced yoga! We'll start with the basics and it will be a workout suitable for everyone. We will relax our bodies and minds together.
Don't forget a mat or a blanket.
After the practice we can stop at the castle to eat and wait for the sunset (you can bring your own food)
