ESN Brescia School Recap
On November 4th and 5th, the ESN Brescia School took place, an event focused on training regarding the world of ESN. During this event, we developed new skills, shared best practices, and strengthened our bond as a team.
Immersed for a weekend in the nature of Valle Dorizzo (BS), we conducted workshops and attended interesting presentations, discovering the secrets of ESN, experimenting with new tools, and learning how to make the most of our section's potential. These are fundamental steps for the growth and improvement of the association, and we look forward to applying what we have learned to make the next semester even more extraordinary!
Team-building activities were also not lacking, during which we created new connections and solidified our unity. We shared many moments, from the kitchen (strictly vegetarian) to cleaning, becoming true "pirates" and demonstrating what we can achieve when we work as a united team.
Another important aspect was the welcoming of new members eager to become active members. We opened our doors to the newbies with enthusiasm, ready to transfer our ESN spirit to them and grow together as a section.
Special thanks go to our guests, Marilù Fortino (@marilu_f7), National Representative of ESN Italy, and Marco Natali (@_snakenata98), Local Representative of ESN Bergamo and Sub Coordinator of CommIT Development Area of ESN Italy. Your contribution was invaluable; thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
Thanks also to the Italian Pool of Trainers, a team that guided us step by step in the preparation of the agenda and provided valuable advice for the successful execution of this school.
Finally, a big thank you to the organizing committee, the speakers, and everyone who participated and is part of this fantastic ESN Brescia family! Thank you for all the laughter we shared and the special memories we built together; without you, this school would not have been the same.
