ESN Italy ICE Event

Dear Erasmus,

THE TIME HAS COME! Do you know that all roads lead to Rome?

Well, that's the plan: to follow just one of them for the biggest event of ESN Italy this year: ICE (INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS).

ROME, Caput Mundi, the eternal city, is waiting for you...

What's ICE, you ask? It's an ESN Italy event, with thousands of Erasmus students coming from all Italian cities.

During these three days, we will explore the city, visit Vatican City and its fascinating museums, and admire the monuments. And, of course, there will be plenty of partying too!

So, are you ready to live an unforgettable experience and hang out with more than 3000 Erasmus students?

Event Details

When? 10 - 12 November 2023

Friday:

  • DEPARTURE by bus from Brescia Bus Station (near the Train Station) on Friday, the 10th of November, at 5:35 am.
  • Arrival in Rome at 13:15 and check-in
  • Lunch (a real Roman lunch with carbonara or amatriciana)
  • Guided city tours
  • City tour
  • Dinner
  • Friday night theme party

Saturday:

  • Guided Vatican museum tour
  • Lunch
  • Flag Parade (don't forget to bring your country's flag)
  • Dinner
  • Night tour at the Capitolium Museum

Sunday:

  • Visit to the ARA PACIS
  • Lunch
  • Visit to the Colosseum and Fori Romani and some free time in Rome
  • Departure back to Brescia at 00:15 am

Accommodation

We'll be staying at the Alessandro Palace, Via Vicenza 42.

PRICE for the whole trip: 200€

That includes:

  • Transportation from Brescia to Rome and back
  • 2 nights in a hostel and taxes
  • ALL THE MUSEUMS AND CITY TOURS
  • Party entrance

Not included in the fee: meals
