GOODBYE DINNER

The academic year is coming to an end, and unluckily also this year of Erasmus. 
But as we like to say, every end is just a new begin and so... let's take it easy! We want to celebrate with you this great year with a great dinner in a ”Brescia Style". What
do we mean? Typical food and wine :D

Where? 

Taverna degli Artisti  - Via Gorizia, 11b, Brescia BS
Next to Campo Marte and 10 minutes walking from San Faustino Metro Station.

This will be the menu:

Main Course:
- Casoncelli bresciani along with Maccheroni Speck e Scamorza (typical cheese)

Second Course: 
(1 choice between them)
Hot dishes:
- Bistecca di cavallo in infusione (horse meat)
- Costolette di agnello con polenta (lamb meat)
- Porchetta ai ferri con scamorza (pork with typical cheese)
- Arrosto di tacchino (turkey meat)
- Involtino di pollo ripieno (chicken meat)

Cold dishes:
- Roast Beef
- Ham with melon
- Ham with mozzarella
- Caprese
- Bresaola with rucola
- Roasted cheese

Garments:
- Buffet with salad and legumes (you can take just one time, so fill your dish wisely :-) ) 

Drinks: (both of them)
- 1/4 liter of wine (red/white and still/sparkling) per person
- 1/2 liter of water (still/sparkling) per person
- Coffee with alcoholic integration

L'anno accademico sta volgendo al termine, e sfortunatamente anche quest'anno di Erasmus. Ma, come ci piace dire, ogni fine è solo un nuovo inizio e così ... rilassiamoci!
Vogliamo festeggiare con voi questo grande anno che abbiamo trascorso insieme con una grande cena "Brescia Style". Cosa intendiamo? Cibo tipico e vino :D

Primo piatto:
- Bittico di primi con Casoncelli bresciani e Maccheroni Speck e Scamorza

Secondo piatto:

Piatti caldi:
- Bistecca di cavallo in infusione
- Costolette di agnello con polenta
- Porchetta ai ferri con scamorza
- Arrosto di tacchino
- Involtino di pollo ripieno

- Prosciutto e melone
- Formaggio con mozzarella

- Bresaola con rucola
- Formaggio alla piastra

Contorni:
- Buffet con insalata e legumi (potrete usufruirne solo una volta, quindi riempite il vostro piatto saggiamente :-) )
